Jack had a rough time today going thru Huggins Hell. We sure both worked up a mighty appetite. We could use some Southern comfort food.

About Our Gatlinburg Restaurant

Cumberland Jack's LeConte Kitchen

At Cumberland Jack’s we start every day with fresh ingredients to create the types of food that harken back to the days when the fourth generation of settlers were carving out a living in the shadows of the mountain range that Paul and his dog Jack would climb. Go explore the beauty of these same mountains, where much has not changed since this time. We will be here when you come down with food and hospitality that welcomes the weary traveler.

Cumberland Jack was the trusted companion of Paul Adams. Together, the two lived on the mountain to care for LeConte Lodge, what is now a well-known landmark visited by thousands of guests per year. When you visit Cumberland Jack’s LeConte Kitchen, you’ll get to enjoy some of the same meals that Adams and Cumberland Jack shared together on the mountain.
