1. Beef Liver and Onions
There’s nothing more southern than beef liver and onions! You’ll love how crispy the liver gets, and the onions just enhance the flavor. You can enjoy your liver and onions alongside mashed potatoes and green beans!
2. Smoked Meatloaf
One of the most ordered dishes on our menu is the smoked meatloaf. You’ll find regular meatloaf on several menus, but where else will you find it smoked like barbecue? We take ground chuck and mix in tomatoes, fresh herbs, onion, and celery to create that signature meatloaf flavor. After smoking for hours, the meatloaf is paired with mashed potatoes, beef gravy, and green beans.
3. Fried Chicken
You can never go wrong with southern fried chicken, and our version isn’t something you’ll forget! We double bread the chicken breast to make sure you get all the crispiness your heart desires. Once it’s done cooking, we pair it with mashed potatoes, chicken gravy, and your choice of a side.

If you can’t tell, we love barbecue at our restaurant! But we also love a twist on it, which is why we also offer a smoked pork chop. You’ll get 16 ounces of all-natural smoked porterhouse pork chop covered in our barbecue sauce. This dish has smoked turkey, cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes with creamy chicken gravy, green beans, and cranberry sauce. You’ll feel like you’re at home for the holidays with this meal!
6. Open Faced Roast Beef
Another popular item on Cumberland Jack’s menu is our open faced roast beef. We take thinly sliced, all-natural beef chuck and cook it to perfection. It’s served over grilled bread with mashed potatoes, beef gravy, and a side of green beans.
